eazyplex^® system

Molecular diagnostics made easy!

The CE IVD certified eazyplex^® system combines robust isothermal amplification with efficient real-time detection! Lyophilized reagents can be shipped ready-to-use at room temperature and stored directly at the workplace. The testing is carried out without DNA / RNA extraction directly from the sample.

The sample preparation buffers are aliquoted ready-to-use and can be used directly for entering the sample. Time and costs for a DNS / RNS extraction are eliminated. During the amplification, the result is detected and displayed in real-time so that you can see the signals immediately.

At the end of the run, the results are summarized as a report that can be conveniently exported as a PDF or CSV or printed out directly on an adhesive label.

The Genie^® family with the Genie^® II MK2 and the Genie^® HT is a modern and customer-friendly diagnostic device series. The compact Genie^® II is a light and robust device for quick individual tests 24/7. The device has two heating blocks. The blocks can be controlled independently of one another and thus offer maximum flexibility. The Genie^® HT is modularly expandable with the option of 1 to 12 independent work blocks for a high sample throughput.

The Genie^® devices are operated via a large TFT-LCD display with a resistive touchscreen, which can also be operated with protective gloves. This screen can be used to set up the device to perform any eazyplex test. Data entry can be optimized with a barcode scanner.

The signal acquisition is graphically displayed in real time during a run and all data is stored in the large internal FLASH memory of the device. This data is permanently saved and can be shown on the high-resolution display at any time after the run is complete, printed out on a label printer or exported as a PDF file via a USB connection HIS / LIS connection is prepared.

The Genie^® II Mk2 instrument is supported by:
