Genie^® Strips

The Genie^® Tubes are special reaction vessels that are optically as well as thermally optimized and their safety lids ensure that the system is closed. The Genie^® Tubes have the following advantages: • Safety lids to prevent contamination • Single lids • Non-fluorescent and optically clear • Supports for easy handling • Each strip has 8 tubes with a working volume of 20 to 150 µl

Isothermale Master Mixes

The isothermal master mixes are ready-to-use master mixes that can be used immediately. All you add is your primer and your sample (template). The isothermal master mixes are licensed to use the LAMP reaction at Eiken Chemicals. These master mixes contain the DNA polymerase of the Geobacillus GspSSD which is currently the fastest enzyme for isothermal amplification. Also suitable for RCA, SMAP and many other amplification techniques. The master mixes can be obtained with or without an intercalating dye.
